Conservation Friends Join our Conservation Friends When you make donations totalling $250 or more in a year, you become one of our special supporters: the Conservation Friends. You will have the satisfaction of knowing you are making a major contribution to conservation on Salt Spring. We will also invite you to our annual Donor Appreciation Day in the spring, hosted by SSIC Directors and staff. This is an opportunity to learn more about our island ecosystems and wildlife, hear the latest results of our work and share your ideas on conservation.
